 H2O Express is proud to be a family owned and operated swimming pool water transport and bulk water delivery company.  Our office of operations is located in Saratoga County in Schuylerville New York.  We are proud to be a part of the Saratoga County and the Albany Capital District community and the surrounding areas that we serve, which includes near by western Massachusetts and Vermont communities that border New York.   H2O Express is small enough to take special care with every load of water, but large enough to have multiple trucks on large jobs.  We pride ourselves on personalized service and we take customer satisfaction seriously.

H2O Express was established as a swimming pool water and bulk water delivery service in 2008.  But even before Dale Cox started his company he acquired valuable experience in the field working with a former area bulk water company.  Now the entire Cox family plays a part in the water business. Today H2O Express operates as H2O Express Transport. LLC.

​Swimming pool water delivery has always been H2O Express’s number one service, but pool filling is not our only service.  H2O Express has developed long-term relationships with local pool companies, construction companies, agricultural business owners, and residential customers.  We are grateful to all our clients for their trust in us.  We also are grateful for the many referrals we have received from our satisfied pool water and potable drinking water delivery customers.

We make every effort to provide excellent water delivery  service that goes above and beyond what our competitors like A1- Water Wagon, A&S Pool Water and Clean Pool and Spa have to offer.  Our pricing is competitive.  The one thing that sets us apart from many of our competitors is our water delivery system flexibility.  We can handle large and small jobs alike. We have hundreds of feet of 4 inch hose and smaller tankers to shuttle water to sites where the large tankers cannot get close enough for a direct delivery. We can handle any difficult locations such as tight turns  or steep driveways.  We have filled many swimming pools that other companies either couldn't, or wouldn’t fill.

H2O Express is proud to support the community we live in and serve.  In 2014 and 2015 we provided shower off water for contestants in "FARM FRENZY", which benefits the Old Saratoga Athletic Association (OSAA).  In 2014 H2O Express was proud to be the clean-up crew that hosed down the Avenue of the Pines in Saratoga State Park, Saratoga Springs, NY after the "Color Me Rad" 5K race which donates a portion of the proceeds to the Special Olympics.  We have been trusted to transported water for analysis  to research facilities such as RPI.  We are only too happy to serve our immediate community and the cities and towns surrounding us.
